PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the "View Cart" link and proceed to checkout.

SHOPPING ONLINE
For your convenience, we offer a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.

PAYMENT
We are happy to accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is free and easy to use. You can pay via credit card, e-check or directly from your bank account. Please click here to set up a PayPal account. We also accept personal checks and money orders. Please contact us for our mailing address.  You can also contact the studio directly, at 386.937.9929  to use your credit card over the phone without a paypal account.

SHIPPING
Production time is usually 10-14 days.  Orders are shipped out the following day after completion. Shipping charges are as follows:

1-2 bags = $7.50
3 or more bags = $10.00

These rates apply to orders sent to the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S. Territories may be subject to additional fees.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

RETURN POLICY
At LFW Designs, your satisfaction is our number one goal. You may exchange your handbag within 10 days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the status of your order by clicking here, after which you will have to enter your e-mail address and order number. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your entire order history with our online store.
